Users Who Belong to a Department or School
- If you require additional assistance, contact your LAN manager for help. This is the technical support person for your particular department or school. If you are not sure who your LAN manager is, please click here for a comprehensive list.
- Please note that if you contact the helpdesk, the support analyst will not provide technical support, but will help you identify your LAN manager.
Users Supported by IT Network Services
- Users supported by IT Network Services, such as A&F, DB, General Admin, PBS, and HCPC, must call the help desk and open a trouble ticket.
- If the helpdesk is unable to resolve the problem, the support analyst will escalate the problem to the IS LAN managers.
